« on: November 08, 2008, 02:42:57 pm »
Get quick announcements through the RSS feed http://www.codeblocks.org/nightly/CodeBlock_RSS.xml

Before you use a nightly make sure you understand how it works.

A link to the unicode windows wxWidget dll for Code::Blocks : http://prdownload.berlios.de/codeblocks/wxmsw28u_gcc_cb_wx289.7z

For those who might need this one (when no MingW installed on your system) : the mingw10m.dll : http://prdownload.berlios.de/codeblocks/mingwm10_gcc421.7z

The 05 November 2008 build is out.
  - Windows :
   http://prdownload.berlios.de/codeblocks/CB_20081105_rev5297_win32.7z
  - Linux :
   none

Resolved Fixed:

  • Moved class wizard menu item to "File->New->Class
  • Minor fix related to calltips
  • Display any script errors in separate (multi-line) window
  • Incremental Search 0.4 2008/10/19:
    - fixed a possible crash, when no "Start here"-page is shown
    - make found text visible, even if it is in a column outside the actual editor-window
    - ESC now leaves IncSearch and optionally selects found phrase (if textcontrol has focus)
    - ALT-DELETE clears textcontrol (if it has the focus)
    - added some svn-keywords to the files
  • wxSmith:
    * Applied (in modified form) update to wxGrid by rcoll
    * Fixed typo in wxSashLayoutWindow (invalid name of XML property)
  • HexEdit:
    * Added automated expression parser tests
    * Added basic trygonometric functions, log and pow
    * Added parsing of floating point numbers
    * Optimized a little bit the produced code
  • wxSmith: Replaced some icons with those provided by nausea (http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,372.msg66841.html#msg66841)
  • Applied: Patch to improve OpenWatcom compiler support (Thanks to YesNo)
  • Fixed: [Bug #14714] Mismatching allocation and deallocation in source_exporter
  • Fixed: [Bug #14713] Memory leak in src/plugins/compilergcc/depslib/src/regexp.c
  • Fixed: [Bug #14639] Ignoring case when renaming files to same name case modified
  • partially applied patch #2162: Common RemoveFileFromProject method (avoid a lot duplicate code)
  • hopefully fixed crash on output parsing
  • wxSmith: added missing style to wxComboBox

Regressions/Confirmed/Annoying/Common bugs:

  • toolbar-images-not-changing-state (is a wx problem/Win XP problem)

excuse me, is it just me the ClassWizzard doesn't work for?
there is no "Class wizzard" item in the Plugins menu!
I also tried to disable and enable the CW plugin with the plugin manager, but it doesn't show up... :(

code-completion can't support namespace?
if i write "std::vector<int> v1", and v1. can't show anything.

but if not include "std::", it's work fine.

!! if i use VC9, string's and MessageBox's (also other Windows API)  code-completion can not work!
but if i use GCC 4.3.2, it's work fine!!

why Code::Blocks's code-completion not support VC9's compiler?

What is the interest if code is not provided?
Is it to advertise with your sig?
Do you think people get in this forum to rent a VW?
