Hello
I have a very unfortunate problem that prevents me from using C::B. When hitting SHIFT + "=" KEY I do not get a "+" in the editor, actually I don't get anything at all. The same thing occurs while attempting to get a "pipe" (aka vertical bar, "|" ). I did not found anybody posting about similar problem, am I the only one who has such problems with C::B on mac?
