Bug in editor
« on: October 20, 2007, 08:19:51 am »
I have a big problem with the editor ( running Ubuntu, 7.04 ): sometimes, don't know the cause, the sources font gets bigger and I can't revert to the original size whatsoever. Even when restarting codeblocks, the font size is the same. Lowering the font reduces the text size, but now the "8" size doesn't help since it looks like a 14 or 16 size. The only thing I can do is perhaps reinstall codeblocks. Please check this problem as it happened from the beginning ( since I was using codeblocks, that is build 43** ).
It may be related to a Ctrl+C pressing, when copying some text.

It's Ctrl+[mousewheel] :)
Be patient!
This bug will be fixed soon...

Some useful shotcuts:
Zoom in: Ctrl + Num Pad (+)
Zoom out: Ctrl + Num Pad (-)
Restore size: Ctrl + Num pad (/)

If you press Ctrl + Caps Lock the text zooms. This is not a documented key combination and catches me out a lot (as I try to hit Ctrl + Tab to move between open docs). I believe this key combination is a fault and have reported it.

By the way, it was very useful to fins out how to reset using the keyboard rather than the rather well hidden Edit->Special Commands->Zoom->Reset!
