International character in build log
« on: June 27, 2007, 05:38:24 pm »
Hi.

I've just downloaded the french version of Visual C++ 2005. The problem is that when using it with codeblocks, the buil log and the build message don't display properly the international character like é, è, ...

Is there any solution, or patch ?

And did someone know how I could make the debugger work? (I don't have any file named "cdb.exe" with VC++ 2005.)

Hello Albenejean,

I have exactly the same problem.
See http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,5793.0.html

Otherwise, if you manage to debug Visual C++ 2005 project with C::B, I would like you to explain me the way.
