file association is very slow

I use Windows XP and last nightly build (this was with previous nightly builds too).
When I open a file using Windows Explorer or internet browser, which should open CB with this file, it can take up to 10 seconds (CB is already open).
If I just drag-n-drop the file from explorer to CB - it gets open immediately.
