I've been running C::B nightly builds on WinXP Pro with no problems. This is my recipe for success:
1. Install MinGW separately (mine is in c:\MinGW) <--- you will only do this once
2. Simply unzip the C::B build into an
EMPTY directory (mine is in c:\CodeBlocks)
3. Copy 'mingwm10.dll' and 'wxmsw26u_gcc_cb.dll' into the cb directory
4. Get back to work!

you can feel it can't you? A rattle in your bones, a chill down your spine. There's a 'but' here somewhere, a nasty little 'but' hiding somewhere in this praise of your work ...
but where could it be...?
...however, there are a few small niggly things hampering my daily use of this smashing project. Right now my two biggest peeves are:
1. Ctrl+Tab scrolls cyclicly through the open documents- it would be great if it could rather 'stack' the most recently viewed documents. (Much like VS 6+)
2. The Find/Replace dialog is a tad painful to work with. It would really help matters if the dialog wasn't modal and the separate 'find next'/'replace all' dialog was incorporated into the original dialog.
I realize that you are extremely busy - so I had a look at the code myself. The solutions don't seem to be such a gargantuan task, and I would have liked to contribute the solutions. Alas my experience with wxWidgets is so limited that I'm afraid I'll just mess the code up too much. Perhaps with some guidance from you I could tackle the problems myself, or alternatively you could put your l33t skillzorz at work on these little niggles.
