Error reading config file in centos 7 opening C::B via xming

Hello all
I try to open C::B using Xming where my C::B installed in CentOS 7 . the IDE opens and work great
The problem is that it failed to read the config file , it is always empty .
Im using root user .
This massage that im getting :

Interesting.
Who is the owner of the default.conf file in ~/.config/codeblocks?
Is the size of the file 0?
Does CB close without crash?

sorry for the late response the email notification was turned off ):
The owner is root as its the only user .
when i start C:B the size is 0 the file is empty
C:B does not crash it is stable

What is the file size when you close cb? Can you start it from terminal and post the log (use code or quote tags)?
