How to setup Code::Blocks (CB) is on-topic in most cases.
Note: What compiler options to use is normally off topic; where to put the compiler options inside CB is on topic.

How to setup any Compiler to use any library is *not* on topic.
Note: Exceptions to the above is made in how to compile wxWidgets using GCC compiler.

i'm so sorry. but i don't come here always. so it's confused to me.
but now i have the answer that i didn't knew.
by default, the mingw have the directx headers files for i use. so i don't need do anything, just learn and use them.
i'm sorry, again, i, more or less, understand what you said(i'm Portuguese). my question was on sub-forum wrong or you only work with IDE options and configurations and nothing more.
i'm sorry and thanks for all. thank you
