It has been asked before, but is there a plugin to incorporate SVN in code::blocks?

There was a SVN Plugin; but, it was NOT maintained. Maintenance stopped years ago.

I have no idea if someone has a created a maintained SVN Plugin.

I use the ToolsPlus Plugin for my Git needs.

Nope. SVN is dead. Use git. There is no plugin for git either.  :P
