Translation-sites are not always as good as they think.

It looks like you want to comple codeblocks from source.
Good starting point to look for instructions is the wiki:
http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php/Special:AllPages

And the search the correct page for your OS.

Так, так. Дякую!
Yes Yes. Thank you!

But can anyone send to I was sent manual assembly code is compiling user code? Or to describe it is here?

How to compile better? There is no effective compiler. I can download and put any compiler. It would be interesting to download the programs and most compile Code :: Blocks!

There are, to be more precise, the compiler Dev-Cpp 5.11 to Flash, but it works somehow inadequate.

I can see the link, it was, I understand by studying at the moment.

I can not install TortoiseSVN-1.9.3.27038-x64-svn-1.9.3.msi. This installation package is not supported by this processor type.

Can you attach to the subject already unpacked folder with TortoiseSVN?

Probably you need the 32bit versions and btw here we don't support anything other than codeblock, thus your last post is not appropriate.
