Bug Report, Crash on open project. SVN 8457

crash on open project. it doesnt crash on all projects, just one in particular. I've attached the particular CBP file that crashes it.

edit: not sure how I got two 7Z files. they are the same bug report, I'm guessing the smaller file doesn't have the CBP file in it.
