What version of C::B are you using?
Looking at your screen shot I'm seeing rather disturbing numbers...

Hint the debugger interface have been vastly improved after 10.05...
(most of the time I ignore long posts)

...even worse: The debugger interface / framework of that time is completely out-dated. So this plugin won't definitely work with anything > 08/02.

Was there a specific reason to stick with 08/02? This makes the plugin rather useless in the end... ???

What type of license is it?

Edit: Never mind - having JavaScript switched on on the webpage also shows the menu. W/O JavaScript (the default for me) you only see the initial page with the images. You might want to change that...

Last menu item (shown with JavaScript enabled) is about license. The installer also contains CHM.
