I cannot open Code::Blocks
« on: July 18, 2012, 01:01:08 am »
As of today when I try to open CodeBlocks, I get an error message that says "The application encountered at C:\CodeBlocks\src\sdk\configurationmanager.cpp, on line 239. The error message is:

TinyXML error: Error document empty
In file: \C:.....\Application Data\codeblocks\default.conf
At row 0, column 0."

You can see a picture here:

I just started noticing this today. I cannot open CodeBlocks at all and when I do, this is what I get.

Try deleting the default.conf file; some reason it was damaged.

How do I delete a file on my computer? How do I find it and delete it?

The path is clearly stated in the error message.
