I downloaded Microsoft's Visual C++ 10 and I was wondering how do I use the VC++ compiler with Code::Blocks?

I think you need the latest nightlies to have support for C::B.
If it doesn't work probably you could try to modify the 2005/2008 compiler in C::B...
Search the wiki, there is some info about setting different compilers to be used with C::B
