what i do???
« on: May 06, 2010, 01:03:42 pm »
hello,
recently putting my hands into prgramming, i am in need of the support. i have just started and don't know anything - what are patches? what are binaries? and all related. just downloading the Codeblocks (for running C programs) from the link:

http://www.codeblocks.org/downloads/5#windows

and selecting there:

codeblocks-8.02-setup.exe (Windows XP) from Sourceforge, a 10.8 MB file.

and should I only install this and type in there the programs of C and then compile and run? Or what I do as a newbie?
 :(

Maybe someone can recommend a forum to you, but I guess this forum is not the right place.

Please try Google and Wikipedia.
If some piece of memory should be reused, turn them to variables (or const variables).
If some piece of operations should be reused, turn them to functions.
If they happened together, then turn them to classes.

Why are ignorant people so proud of being ignorant?

Most people know how to use Google to find the correct support site to learn the basics; you stated you did not know the basics. And you seem to be unable to use Google to find them.

It is a waste of my time and most others to help the ones who can not help themselves.

that answer you should search at google.com, if you are too proud of being ingorant, follow the link:

one of the google result was the link:

http://forums.codeblocks.org/

The purpose of asking here was to know a direct link {which experts might be knowing for the beginner}, but not for the ignorant person like you.

Then why did you reply? It means that you are a liar also. And you could not help yourself.

You've found the forum, then why you posted before reading some of the threads?
Especially these two (some kind of forum rules):

http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,1519.0.html (100% broken that)
http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,9996.0.html
(most of the time I ignore long posts)
[strangers don't send me private messages, I'll ignore them; post a topic in the forum, but first read the rules!]

You are ignorant and you can not read.

This post is in "Code::Blocks > Developer forums (C::B DEVELOPMENT STRICTLY!) > Development",

The description is:
"Anything concerning development of Code::Blocks. Regular users should use the other forums for support/help/suggestions."

This thread leads to knowhere,it does not help anybody and wastes our  time.

Be aware, that you might get banned from the forum for your behaviour.

Topic locked, because of your ignorance !
