The description for the "Announcements" forum says that posting is restricted to moderators. However, this is not entirely correct. While only moderators can start new threads there, any user can reply to such threads. The description should be clarified to reflect this.
The "Nightly builds" forum has the same posting restrictions, so its description should probably be updated as well.
