Is there a bug to modify the search path?

when I change the link library or search path, the CB sometimes hang up when the browse directory window pop up, when it raised, it will always hang up every time. does anybody find this issue too?

Not here. But any information about C::B version and OS would be very helpful.

C::B is SVN5602 and os is xp with sp3, however, I have not test it on another PC.

Hello,

I had the same problem before.
Have you modified the value of the HOME environment variable ? If yes, try to remove this hack.

HOME variables? I didn't make any change. and my settings->enviroment->enviroment variables is blank
