CVS (HEAD and VERSION_1_0) two branch build and run

menu -> setting -> compiller -> codeblocks.exe shutdown
MS Bug report window:

already update step, error Not found.
run on output directory.

But not displayed compiller options dialog and halt. :(

correlation between these options and this problem?

update.bat must be run from src, not output. Also, you need to have available Infozip's utilities "zip" and "unzip".

A problem was solved. :D

1. MSW:
WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_4 0 change to 1 and rebuild

2. C::B rebuild and update
