Title: Site improvement
Post by: dje on February 28, 2008, 10:40:15 pm
Hi all !

Congratulations for 8.02 release and new site !
Both are really great  ! :D

I think something is really missing on the website; either a list of all "mature" plugins with the download links (best) or a link to the wiki plugin announcements.
Looking for Shell extensions plugin. I went to the website to download it and found neither the provided plugin list nor the "extra" ones.

I think it could be nice to list available plugins to users without forcing them to dive into the depth of forums and wiki.

Quote from the downloads (http://www.codeblocks.org/downloads) page:

Besides Code::Blocks itself, we will soon have a download section for extra plugins to extend its functionality.

Any idea when this will be? I'm interested in a few plug-ins that are listed in the wiki, but for the live of me I can't find where to DL them.

I must say as a new user of C::B the websites flow of information is really bad. I spend a long time trying to find links or just  simple information about the program.
