Title: Fedora Core binary?

Hello, I want to use Code:Blocks in a Fedora Core 4 Linux distro but unfortunately I do NOT have root privileges in that machine. Because of that I also can not install the required libraries to compile from source code nor install the RPM.

I was wondering if someone can provide me with a statically linked/comiled Code:Blocks binary for FC4 or compatible.
