Hello;
Using linux and gcc clang llvm automake and m4 is installed
Creating a project like this:

Hm, do you really expect anyone from the Code::Blocks project to help you with issues in CodeLite? :)
Eranif (main dev of CodeLite) is a member of our forum, but I doubt he would be happy/interested in supporting people here.
