And this is related to CodeBlocks exactly how? Plus there is even a FIXME on these lines...
-
But this doesnt turn this forum into the place to report (known) issues of a third party library used by a third party library. I doubt anyone from the libtiff team will show up here and read this, a better place would be their issue tracker.
-
omlk: These are warnings in another project. What do you expect we can do with them? If you want them fixed report them to the libtiff people...
-
What do you not understand about that this is not the place to discuss such topics?
And now present that to the libtiff people, i'm sure they will be happy about that you broke compilation for systems that don't have long long and silenced (not fixed) the data loss with that double cast.
-
And if you want even more work, compile some random code with MSVC that uses STL with mode /W4 and fix all the warnings in their STL implementation.

omlk:
Please read the rules http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,9996.0.html (http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,9996.0.html)
Finale note: Ignoring these rules may result in the topic being (silently) locked and/or even removed completely without any notice.

If I am mistaken, then skip the topic to the section General :(
I suggest you read and follow the rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, are you an administrator of the forum?
No, but, you clearly have not read the rules or decided that do not apply to you.
