Title: Suggest updating nightly bugtracker links

Hi.
I found that "How to use a nightly build" topic ( http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,3232.0.html ) still refers to the BerliOS bugtracker.
Probably it should be updated to SourceForge.
