Title: Minor Suggestions

Hi,

I had expected the development forum to be where this would go, but it explicitly says to put suggestions elsewhere.

Just a few simple suggestions that, as far as I could ascertain, are not present in the current release of Code::Blocks:

• The VS 2013 compiler has been out for a while now; I'd like to suggest adding it as an auto-detect option
• The code window scrolls only to the bottom line. I would prefer if it could scroll far enough so that the last line of the program is at the top of the screen. If you're working near the end of the file, this can help put the working area in the middle of the screen. It also aids in visualizing how large the file is.
