Title: Mac OS X developement/testing/bugfixing
Post by: roxlu on October 15, 2009, 04:00:11 pm
Hi there,

I'm using C::B on Mac OS X and I want to help with fixing bugs; Where do I start? Are the
developers on IRC? Is there a dev. mailinglist?

I think that this is the official place for communication with the devs.

You could start with the problems that annoy you the most :)

okay nice! well the thing I want to improve is the pluging manager as I think it's not correctly working on Mac; but I'm looking for someone who created the plugin manager and knows more about this.. especially if it's tested on Mac.

I think it's great that you want to help out the development of Code::Blocks on Mac OS X. If you have some patches for the shared library / plugin manager, then do post them on the Berlios site (http://developer.berlios.de/patch/?group_id=5358).

Hi afb, but before I want to start fixing the plugin manager I'm wondering if someone else tried to install a plugin on Mac? Maybe it's just my installation which isn't correct?
