I did some searching, and it seems (according to this post (http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,11274.msg84511.html#msg84511)) that the Aligner plugin was merged into Editor Tweaks. Unless somebody says otherwise, I will assume Aligner no longer exists and will remove it from the plugins list.

I would prefer to separate this functionality into a plugin generally (if possible) and remove it from the core. Would that be feasible?
What is the difference?The plugin does highlight on all open editors and has a list which words to highlight. The internal function is highlighting the selected text in the current editor.

I think the SpellChecker plugin points towards SpellChecker (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=SpellChecker); it will still get there through a redirect, but someone should probably change the internal link to SpellChecker plugin (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=SpellChecker_plugin) so it gets there directly.Patch submitted (3216).
