Title: Problem with running on macOS Catalina "no such file/folder"

MacBook-Air-Mihailescu:~ mihailescudenis$ '/Applications/CodeBlocks.app/Contents/MacOS/cb_console_runner DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH:. /Users/mihailescudenis/programming/learning/bin/Debug/learning'
-bash: /Applications/CodeBlocks.app/Contents/MacOS/cb_console_runner DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH:. /Users/mihailescudenis/programming/learning/bin/Debug/learning: No such file or directory

this is the output every time I try to compile&run a code, I am using gnu GCC compiler

also it appears this box instead of the recommended value, number etc.
