Strange error. I was using an executable filename with a space inside... that was the problem...

deb is always "not yet".
When will it be "yes already"?

Whenever Michael gets the time to make one. ;)

Anyways you could build C::B yourself.....

Michael is changing linux installs; he is nearly ready, I won't be surprised within some days there will be deb's again ;-)

Hello,

Sorry, but I was away for work last week and I could not build .deb package. Yesterday, I have upgraded to Ubuntu 6.06, but I have got an error building the .deb package :(. Now I am re-building after having done a ./configure. If all will be fine, I will upload the .deb package of rev2526 today.

Best wishes,
Michael

PS.: I will also be away for work (conference) next week (6.06-11.06), so no .deb package. Sorry

Hi!
I don't really know yet, how to reproduce this breakpoint bug, but i can confirm it in this nightly too.

Hello,

sorry, but don't use jpg for your attachments if they are not images. Use instead png that gives much better results.

Best wishes,
Michael

I have a project on memory stick whitch cames in as F: at the company PC and H: at home PC. In wxSmith i put a wxStaticBitmap on a form wich had a picture at f:\...\banner.xpm now when i open the project at home PC it keeps giving me the error that the image can't be found. It's pretty annoying cause it just hangs up the IDE and waits for me to kill it from Task Manager.

OK reproducing the breakpoint bug:
Set 4 breakpoints
Insert a line into the middle (2breakpoints should be above ,2 under that line)
Look at the list of breakpoints...
Delete this line and look at the list of breakpoints again, but please don't lose your temper :)

I thought deb builds are automatic, seems I was wrong... :)
Anyways, it's not a priority, only a nice thing to have deb packages, but don't rush with it, if you have other things to do. Weekly deb builds would also be way fine.

Does it really matter if you can't change path from absolute to relative in wxSmith?

Hello,

No, they are not automatic (but quite, or at least sometimes :)). It not difficult to build them, but really time-consuming on an old computer (at least 2 hours).

Anyway, it not a big problem for me to build a new .deb package each (or quite) night. Just to wait until the C::B revision number to be built has been decided, a couple of commands in the shell and that is.

Sometimes it is more complicate, especially when you get errors :).

Best wishes,
Michael

OK reproducing the breakpoint bug:
Confirmed. I'll have a look into this later.
By the way: What is nice "game" too:
1.) Place 3 breakpoint in 3 lines that follow each other
2.) Remove the second (middle) breakpoint.
-> Result:
- the GUI shows only one breakpoint left (there should be 2 because only one line has been deleted)
- the registered linesd in the debugger are still 2 breakpoints, but the second could be wrong.
With regards, Morten.
