Title: Everything is in arabic?

So all the text I type into the compiler comes up in arabic. So how do I fix this problem? I have looked through the settings and don't see a language option so I'm not sure what to do. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this program a few times but nothing has changed.

Any help?
