What arguments are needed to get an IDE build optimized for speed and interface drawing?I use only MinGW 64bit

• HAVE_W32API_H   - ?
• __WXMSW__         - ?
• WXUSINGDLL         - ?
• cbDEBUG                - ?
• NOPCH                   - ?
• wxUSE_UNICODE   - ?
• _WIN64                 - ?
• -s
• -O2
• -fexpensive-optimizations

Maybe there are other parameters that would be good to know?
