newbie: OpenOffice automation
« on: September 05, 2008, 01:58:55 am »
Is there a way to automate OpenOffice applications from C::B.  My goal is to have a fully-functional professional application that exchanges data with OO Writer documents, runs its macros, stuff like that.  I know I could use COM on Windows but my apps have to run in Linux too.  Is there perhaps a wxWidget that could do something like that?

Thanks very much for any advice!

Code::Blocks has no provisions to interact with OpenOffice or any other application in such a way, no.
