Subversion Plugin

A quick read of old posts indicates this plugin was abandoned after RC2 due to time constraints.  Is this true?  If so, what would it take to get it re-implemented?

There is a MSwindows plugin called tortoiseSVN. Do a search at the forum home level or use google site:codeblocks.org .
