Status of German Translation
« on: October 26, 2006, 07:38:24 pm »
Hi there,
very nice IDE you got there!!

I read the froum up and down but the last information i got about the translations are that a lot of people start working on the german one, but that was OKT 2005! Are there allready some translations avialable? The Last news on the webpage is btw. allso from this date... If im new and search for an IDE i could think the projekt is stoped ...

Greetings from Beijing

Until now 3 people worked on the german translation in launchpad.
Actually only 190 strings are left. When i have time i may have a look again into the translation. Until then you yourself could try to translate the last few, you just need an account on launchpad ;-)

To the developers :
Is it planned to incorporate these translations into Code::Blocks any time? Maybe even into a nightly or two?
Would make it easier to create a few rock-solid translations!
(i myself am fine with the english version, its just that i know a few people that might be interested in a german translation)
