Sigh it could indeed be googlepages. :P However I build the ansi on Window XP (as killerbot has done in the past), so it should work.....
I could try uploading somewhere else to be sure.....

I tried to host the Ubuntu deb on my googlepages site, but realized that the downloaded file wouldn't work because of truncation. I changed over to savefile.com to host the files, besides the ones being available here.

Ok that is what I'm doing. However my connection keeps timing out. :P

I just compiled the wxWidgets in my personal computer.
I am using a NoteBook with a Pentium II and took me three
hour to generate the *.o and some extra four to generate the
static library, but just some moments to generate the dll.
By the way I am using Win 98, so I had to use UNICODE=0 in
my compilation.
Just one warnning however, just check it out.
(IN THE FUNCION fwide of the file wchar there are some unused
parameter ).
So despite the time it was a great jog the wxWidgets on Windows.

I still have the totally annoying problem wherein the numeric keypad keys are not responding within the IDE for navigation purposes.

I've managed to change my habits enough to use the dedicated navigation keys to the left of the keypad, but would love to get this issue resolved.

So I decided to find out when it broke (since early may 2006) and went back and tried to pull down the releases.  If I installed each one in sequence then I could see when the problem cropped up.

Unfortunately releases that far back are not on the server, so I cannot do this testing.

Anyone have another idea?

I might had one if I was able to reproduce this. But (un)fortunately things work as expected here...
Be patient!

Do you mean that you don't have trouble with the numeric keypad when using the navigation keys?  PgUp, PgDn, etc. work for you?

Maybe I should be looking then at settings on the workstation?  But what could cause this, Don Corlione?  It is in great respect that I ask you this question. :)

Honestly, I don't know.
There is no code in C::B to handle the keyboard, so I can't think of anything.

I can't reproduce this in none of the following configurations:

2 x WinXP Pro/SP2 P4
1 x Ubuntu 5.10 "Breezy" 32-bit P4
1 x Ubuntu 6.06 "Dapper" 64-bit Athlon64
1 x SuSE 10.1 64-bit Athlon64
1 x Fedora Core 5 64-bit Athlon64
Be patient!

So must be an issue in either my keyboard (microsoft) os (microsoft) or in the widgets.

Will delve further.

Thank you, Don Corlione.

I owe you.

About the shortcut keys!
If dos not work to navigate on C::B , you should first verify if works on
some other soft!
If it works, is somethig related to the modifications on the Win environments
fot C::B that you did, or just does when you going to run it.

How about!!!

CB is the only application I run where the navigation keys do not respond.  If i activate NUMLOCK, I get numbers.  If I turn it off, I get nothing.

It's not a windows problem (I guess I spoke too quickly last time).  It looks like something isn't being read properly, but I don't know where to begin to look.

Maybe I should install CB clean?

i'm using a Logitech keyboard and WinXp SP2

the Numeric keypad only works in Num-Lock mode with C::B
the navigation keys are not working too.

the navigation keys are working with other applications

I reinstalled CB and before doing so renamed the profile directory so that nothing there might break it.

Then i disabled all of the extensions.

The number pad navigations keys still do not work properly.

Are there settings in the registry that need to be cleaned?
