As we know, computer`s basic arithmetic is binaries(0 and 1).Could you tell me that the source version is based on the binaries or not?

Isn't it the reverse? The binaries are based on the source. The source are just macro commands telling the compiler what binaries to make. Otherwise, I don't understand your question.
