UNICODE vs ANSI

What are the benifits of use a unicode build of wx? I see that from now on the SVN-HEAD builds from Therion are only unicode.....

If you need to ask what you need Unicode for, then you don't need it :)

No, seriously... Unicode is darn cool because it works for everybody, anywhere. But it is still less tested and less mature as far as Code::Blocks is concerned. We have hopefully eleminated all showstoppers by now, but it may be that a few things still don't work on Unicode.

Then I gues I need a unicode build to squish the bugs huh? :)
