Missing Compiler???
« on: September 04, 2013, 09:47:37 pm »
I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I didn't see it in the forum.

I keep getting this error when the program first loads:

"Can't find compiler executable in your configured search path for codeblocks C++"

I thought the compiler came as part of the setup extecutable. I have this program loaded on another computer and didn't have this problem.

So you know I tried the codeblocks-12.11mingw-setup_user and the codeblocks-12.11mingw-setup files and both gave me this same result. This computer is running vista and from what the documentation says that should be fine.

What am I missing?

Did you install the Compiler?
If no, do so.

If yes, please read my post in this thread.
