Where on the wiki site are the actual plugin files?

For example I would like to download the plug in "Keyboard Shortcuts". Clicking on this shows the following page. But there is no files to download on this page only instructions on how to use it.

http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=Keyboard_Shortcuts_plugin

This applies to all the plugins

Also while I can log into the forum I cannot log onto the wiki page.

There is no download-section for the plugins.
The plugins are distributed with the binary-builds.

Where exacty they are depnds on your OS.

The most linux binaries have them pacjaged in the contrib-plugins package, on windows they are eitehr part of the nightly download or can be installed with the installer. Installing all plugins is the default since C::B 12.11, but has to be done explicitelywith earlier revisions. In the second case just rerun the installer and make sure all plugins you want are selected.

If you are interested in the sources, you have to check them out from our repo. or use one of the packed sources coming with the releases.
