Author Topic: what purpose have files like e.g. codeblocks2yBj6g on linux?  (Read 3251 times)

My /tmp directory on SuSe Linux 11.4 is crowded by empty files like "codeblocks2yBj6g". Since they are empty, I suppose they are some type of lockfiles. Can I safely remove those files?

If C::B is not running: Yes.
Compiler logging: Settings->Compiler & Debugger->tab "Other"->Compiler logging="Full command line"
