compiler troubleshooting?

when i try and build/run a set of commands i get the message""jhg - Debug" uses an invalid compiler [YOUR ANSWER IS ALREADY THERE. SEARCH THE FORUMS!]. Probably the toolchain path within the compiler options is not setup correctly?! Skipping..." and i cannot seem to figure out why

it was a pre-loaded set of commands that I also tried and didnt work
