Small patch for abbreviations

I've started trying to fix a few GUI "features" that have always annoyed me, and this is the first I've tackled. It makes the abbreviations dialog list abbreviations in alphabetic order, and makes the cursor visible in the abbreviation code editor for people not using black-on-white colour schemes.  Diff is attached. If this isn't the correct way to go about submitting patches, please let me know.

No, that's fine - for the moment the patch tracker at BerliOS is even "dangerous", as we might loose some of this information due to the closing of BerliOS.
