how to set code::blocks

hello,
i want to write a c program and this is the first time i use code::blocks( version 10.05) so, i followed tutorial ( the hello world example) but it seems like built and run doesn't do anything.
i don't receive any build message, i want to cheack installation but i don't knwo how to set the path ?
can you help me please???  :)

Installing a compiler (I would suggest TDM if you are on Windows) and compiler setup steps from the wiki may help.
Also check if your problem is in the FAQ.

Sorry for posting the topic twice, and about the problem i already searched before asking, all replies talked about path but nothing is explained in details, it would be gentil if at least you gave me a link  :?
