What's wrong with the wizard to a new project?
wxWidgets can be built in many flavours - depending on the flags you choose to compile. It seems you didn't compile a debug version of wxWidgets but selected within the wizard to use such. This will not work, obviously.

So the message is very clear...?! Or what is your question, actually?
Compiler logging: Settings->Compiler & Debugger->tab "Other"->Compiler logging="Full command line"

I'm sure I have compiled both the debug and release version wxWidgets. Maybe the path is wrong, I don't know how to change it.

Did you choose the version correctly?
Can you show me the settings of the other wizard dialogs?

Sir, I upload a docx document to my skydrive. You can find details of the process that I install the wxWidgets.
Many thanks for your help!

Sorry, but docx is no good. PDF is recommended, otherwise I cannot open it.
