Icon is jumping in taskbar of win10, C::B 20.03

Hi,

When I launch the C::B 20.03 under my Win10 x64, the icon of C::B in the taskbar is switching between appear and disappear several times...

I delete everything in folder: AppData\Roaming\CodeBlocks\, and I checked codeblocks-20.03-setup-nonadmin.exe and codeblocks-20.03-nosetup.zip, same issue.

This was fixed some weeks ago in trunk, but the patch was not applied to the release branch.

The patch is in ticket 805, https://sourceforge.net/p/codeblocks/tickets/805/, and was commited in r11938 three months ago.
