in the Code::Blocks Debug tab:

Done parsing project rsa_test2 (22 total parsed files, 757 tokens in 0.391 seconds).

Is this supposed to be normal?

Yes and no.
It is normal to be called many times but it could also be optimized. We 've just left it as it is until the framework is re-designed anyway...
