well I'm studying c + + and I had the great idea of getting my applications to the GUI but I encountered the dilemma of using WINAPI, but also want to use it on another operating system and this only works on windows, then elected to learn GTK +, but arose, to compile Intertara not work, then you seek information and find nothing there are some steps how to install web but not working.

the only thing nesesito are steps to know how to install in windows.
