tab bar problem

hello,
if you look at the screen shot the 2 arrows wich are at the right of the tabbed bar one is active (black colored) but it shoulndnt be active for scrolling because i still have plenty of space in the tab bar, why is this happening ?

This bug is very annoying for me too.
Probably, it is caused by a bug/missing feature in wxAUI's notebook widget.
(most of the time I ignore long posts)

yes i thought it might be a bug too, it's very annoying !  :lol:

To make it clear:

Do you have the black (active) triangle without hidden tabs, or did you close some tabs (or change the notebook-pane's size and some tabs stay hidden even though there is enough place to show the all?

Steps:

1. Open more tabs that fix the notebook
2. Move to the last, so the first tabs are invisible
3. Start to close tabs
4. Tabs stay invisible even though there is space for them.

I can confirm this, even if I would not call a bug, it's a layout issue, but I will look into it, to see whether the behaviour can be changed.

I think it's more annoying, that after reopening a project, if the actual file is on a "far right" tab the tab does not gain focus (or more exactly it has the focus, but it is not visible).
