At the moment personality and profile are synonyms and this fact describes some different goals of profiles and so also my problem. I have personal informations (i.e. some histories, open files and so on) and more global settings (as compiler switches, libraries to be linked and so on) which are merged in one "personality/profile". But the second should better be maintained by one responsible person in an centralized location for all developers in the team. But I could not find out a way (Linux) to prepare "global" profiles which are merged together with personalities. Option "--profile=ask" does not find any profile in C::B installation directories.
